It’s a user-centric breakthrough that integrates Braille dots, 3D embossed textures, and vivid full-color graphics in one pass on a single printer with a single printing head, saving time and ensuring consistent alignment and quality.
At the core of BEC1GO is a sophisticated print engine that prints multiple layers and effects simultaneously. Unlike traditional methods that require separate print runs for color, varnish, and tactile layers, BEC1GO uses a single printhead to jet all effects (white, color, varnish, and textured inks) in one coordinated pass, eliminating any chance of misalignment between layers. The system’s firmware and software precisely synchronize ink deposition, motion control, and UV curing for each layer and material, so even complex designs with thin color details and thick tactile builds print accurately without compromise. This tightly timed integration allows Braille text, raised imagery, gloss finishes, and vibrant colors to all register perfectly in one print sequence.

In the RIP software, select the printing mode for this product. The mode for this product is W1W2 + KCMY(V), and the height is BRAILLE.
During the printing process, the nozzles of the machine are moving precisely along the preset trajectory. The golden varnish is being stacked layer by layer on the metal substrate. Along with the faint hissing sound, the outline of the pattern is gradually becoming clear.
During the printing process, the system will accurately reproduce your designed content — color patterns, Braille, and embossed will be printed simultaneously, with the Braille and embossed maintaining exactly the same height. Additionally, the Braille meets the U.S. ADA standards.
